Guidelines for a safe and enjoyable visit
Tickets may be purchased online in advance or at the admission desk on the day of your visit, subject to capacity. We recommend advance purchase during peak periods (weekends, holidays, school breaks) to guarantee entry. Tickets are valid for the date specified and allow same-day re-entry with ticket validation at the exit.
Children under 6 receive free admission but must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Student, senior, and group discounts require valid identification or documentation presented at time of ticket purchase or entry.
We ask all visitors to respect our collections, facilities, and fellow visitors by following these guidelines:
Personal photography without flash is permitted in permanent galleries for non-commercial use. Photography may be restricted in special exhibitions; signage will indicate where photography is not allowed. Commercial photography, videography, and use of tripods or other equipment require advance written permission.
Visitors may not photograph other visitors without their consent. Staff reserve the right to request deletion of images that violate these policies or privacy rights.
Food and beverages are not permitted in gallery spaces. Our café offers refreshments and may be accessed during your visit. Smoking (including electronic cigarettes) is prohibited throughout the facility and within 10 meters of all entrances.
We are committed to providing accessible experiences for all visitors. Our facility features wheelchair access, accessible restrooms, elevators to all floors, and seating throughout galleries. Wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis at no charge (deposit required).
Visitors with disabilities receive free admission for one accompanying companion. Service animals are welcome. Please contact us in advance if you require specific accommodations.
Lost items should be reported to the admission desk. We maintain a lost and found for 30 days; unclaimed items are donated to charity. We cannot guarantee recovery of lost items and are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
In the event of an emergency, remain calm and follow staff instructions. Emergency exits are clearly marked throughout the facility. Do not use elevators during fire alarms. Assembly points are located on St. Stephen's Green.
We welcome feedback about your visit. Compliments, suggestions, and complaints may be submitted through our contact form, by email to [email protected], or in person at the admission desk. We respond to all feedback within 5 business days.
Formal complaints should include your contact information, date of visit, and detailed description of the issue. We investigate all complaints thoroughly and take appropriate action to address concerns and prevent recurrence.
